My Story
There was a time when I lived quietly behind the masks of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and poor decision-making — patterns born from the deep wounds of low self-esteem and emotional abuse.
For years, I carried invisible stories that whispered “you’re not enough.” I tried to make up for that ache by over-doing, over-giving, and over-controlling — hoping it would earn me peace.
But peace doesn’t come from proving. It comes from healing.
Looking back, I realize how life-changing it would have been to have someone walk beside me — not to “fix” me, but to gently help me see that my patterns were protective, not permanent.
This is why I do this work now.
Today, as a trauma-informed coach (in training), it’s my honor to be that support for you.

Could Trauma-Informed Coaching Be Right for You?
Ask yourself…
Do you often feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions, even when it leaves you drained?
Do you find it difficult to say no — or to believe your “no” matters?
Do you start projects or goals full of hope, only to feel paralyzed by self-doubt or fear of failure?
Do you long to feel confident, calm, and grounded — without needing to be perfect?
If any of these resonate, trauma-informed coaching may be the space you’ve been searching for.
What Trauma-Informed Coaching Is (and Isn’t)
Coaching is not therapy, and it’s not about diagnosing or dwelling in the past.
Trauma-informed coaching recognizes that your past experiences may have shaped how you see yourself and how you respond to the world — but it focuses on the present and future. Together, we explore what safety, trust, and freedom can look like for you now.
This approach honors your nervous system, your story, and your strengths. We work with compassion and curiosity — not correction — as you rediscover your own power and peace.
Working with someone who understands trauma and the tender process of rebuilding confidence could be the gentle turning point you’ve been waiting for.
You don’t have to do this alone.
You just need a bright start.
