Introducing My New LinkedIn Newsletter: The Human Side of Work
I'm excited to share the launch of my new LinkedIn newsletter, The Human Side of Work.
This newsletter was created from a simple belief: behind every job title is a human being navigating life and work.
In today's world, conversations about work often focus on productivity, performance, goals, and results. While those topics certainly matter, they only tell part of the story. Every workplace is made up of people carrying responsibilities, challenges, hopes, relationships, stressors, and dreams. The experiences we carry with us inevitably influence how we show up each day.
The Human Side of Work was created to explore those realities.
Through this newsletter, I'll be sharing insights on workplace wellbeing, resilience, leadership, professional growth, and the everyday experiences that shape our lives both inside and outside of work. My goal is to create a space for thoughtful reflection and practical strategies that help people build healthier, more sustainable ways of working and leading.
I recently published the first two articles in the series:
When Life Shows Up at Work explores how personal challenges can impact our focus, energy, communication, and performance. It offers practical insights into supporting ourselves and others through difficult seasons.
The Hidden Cost of Constant Productivity examines the pressure many professionals feel to remain productive at all times. The article explores the difference between productivity and effectiveness and why recovery is essential for long-term success and wellbeing.
One of the lessons I hope to reinforce throughout this newsletter is that sustainable success isn't built by pushing harder all the time. Instead, it is built by learning when to accelerate and when to recover.
Over the past eight years, I have spent my career helping people grow, navigate change, build healthier habits, and move forward through life's transitions. Those experiences, combined with my work as a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, have shaped many of the ideas you'll find throughout this newsletter. My hope is to create a space where workplace wellbeing, resilience, leadership, and personal growth can be explored through a practical and human-centered lens.
I am incredibly grateful for the support the newsletter has already received and excited about the conversations that lie ahead.
If topics like workplace wellbeing, resilience, leadership, and personal growth interest you, I would love to have you join the community.
