The Courage to Realign — Answering the Call of My True Work

Over the past two years, I’ve learned that alignment requires courage — the kind that asks you to stop settling for what looks good on paper and start listening to what feels right in your soul. I’ve ended ventures that were once exciting but quietly distracted me from the deeper work I was meant to do. For so long, I ignored the voice inside urging me to live beyond the boundaries I’d created for myself. But I finally chose to listen.

Trauma-informed coaching has been that voice’s destination — the calling that brings my past, purpose, and passion together. Holding safe space for others, in the same way I once needed it, fills me with gratitude and awe.

And then there’s aromatherapy — a dream I had given up on years ago. Its healing power never released me; it whispered reminders until I was ready to begin again. Now, as I launch my product line, I feel the vibrancy of new beginnings flowing through every part of my life.

What better name for this next chapter than Bright Start Coaching — a reminder that every new season begins with the courage to start again, illuminated from within.
